The company is the consulting vehicle for Adam Brothers, a 20-year veteran of the technology, media, B2B and B2B2C services sectors where he has worked as a CFO/COO, an investor, an investment banker and a Chief Strategy Officer for businesses using SaaS, Marketplace and Tech-enabled services models, as well as general project-based consulting.
Past clients include private equity-sponsored holding companies, large public and private companies, early- and expansion-stage growth companies, family offices and venture capital/incubators.
